S2F is a customer service solution organization developed through a collaboration between Student Life, Facilities Operations and Development and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. S2F Maintains a 7day a week 24 hour operation for the OSU community in order to support the University and its academic mission. Our Employees are customer service experts who are professional, helpful, courteous and service-minded. We strive to be recognized as supportive to customers' interest and responsive to their needs.
- Currently enrolled in classes at OSU.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and web-based applications.
- Previous call center and customer service experience desired, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
